DELIVERY TIME
Shipping times depend on the destination address, typically between 24 and 72 hours (business days) from the time of purchase and provided payment is made before 1:00 PM.
During the purchasing process, you can specify how and when you would like your order delivered.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Once we receive your order, we will prepare it and send it to the address you provided.
In the case of apartments without an elevator, the client must provide sufficient means to carry out the delivery.
We ship orders to mainland Spain. We do not ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs depend on the total amount of your purchase. We deliver free of charge to any area in mainland Spain for orders over €200.
For orders under €200, shipping costs will be €32.
PROCEDURE
To ensure fast and secure delivery, we've chosen leading companies like TNT and SEUR.
The customer must verify that the product has arrived in perfect condition and has not suffered any damage during shipping. Claims for damage in transit will not be accepted after 24 hours from receipt of the product.

SATISFACTION AND RETURN GUARANTEE
How many days' notice do I have?
Generally, you have 14 business days from receiving your order to initiate the return process. For returns due to a manufacturing defect or fault, you have a 3-year warranty period from delivery.
What should I do?

Send us an email to info@ibercasetas.com or call us at +34 699 30 62 30 Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, to inform us of your return. You must provide your order number and the reference number of the product you wish to return.

You must send the product to the address we will provide when you request a return, using any method you choose.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility (except in cases of errors by ibercasetas.com in shipping the product, manufacturing defects, or defects, and always subject to the "Terms of Sale").

Once we receive the product, we will review its condition and, if everything is in order, we will proceed to credit the amount to the same card or bank account from which you made the payment, within a maximum period of thirty days. Only the amount of the returned items will be refunded, not the shipping costs.
How should I prepare the order?
The product must be adequately protected to prevent damage during return shipping. Please note that returns will only be accepted if they are in perfect condition, have not been used, and retain their original tags, packaging, and—if applicable—original documentation and accessories, also in perfect condition.
